WW II German Youth Sportwart Cuff Title

This cuff title was awarded after completion of the Sportwart program. (Similar to the U.S. Boy Scout Merit Badge programs.) Black cloth cuff title in bevo embroidered with red thread. Measures approximatley 5.75" x 3/4". It is full length and unshortened. Unissued.
